• Photos you choose to upload, and the visualisations created from them.
• Details you enter in a Call Request: name, mobile, email, timing preferences.
• Location information you enter, such as a postcode used for searching.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
• Messages you send us through the contact routes.

• To create the treatment visualisations you request.
• To show you beauty professionals near the location you entered.
• To pass on a Call Request to a business you have chosen.
• To respond to enquiries and support requests.
• To keep the service secure and working.

In short: your photo is used to create the visualisations you asked for, it is not public, and it is not shared with a business unless you choose to share a selected visualisation when requesting a call.

A business receives your details only when you send that business a Call Request. Sharing a visualisation is a separate, optional choice.

Service providers used to run the platform — such as hosting, image processing and messaging — are named here once each is contracted and reviewed. They are not listed before that, because naming a provider we have not engaged would be inaccurate.

The retention rules the platform is designed around are set out on How we use your photos: unsaved photos and previews for 24 hours, saved looks for 30 days.

Other records, such as enquiries and business account information, are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for. Exact periods are finalised before launch.

Where information is processed outside your country, the arrangements relied on are set out here once each provider is confirmed. No arrangement is described before it exists.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain uses and withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, use the contact page and choose "Privacy request". You can also complain to the data protection regulator in your country.

The platform is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for children.
