What we use your photo for
To create the treatment visualisations you asked for. That's the purpose, and the only one.
What we don't do
- We don't make your photo public.
- We don't automatically share it with a beauty business.
- We don't decide whether you need any treatment.
- We don't give attractiveness or beauty scores.
- We don't use your photo to train general AI models without your explicit permission and appropriate arrangements with the providers involved.
Sharing a preview
When you request a call, you choose separately whether to share the visualisation you selected. Nothing is pre-ticked.
Sharing your contact details
Sharing your details so a business can call you is a different decision from sharing a preview. One doesn't imply the other.
Retention design
- Unsaved original photos and previews: 24 hours.
- Saved photos and looks: 30 days.
- Temporary or intermediate image data used during processing: short-lived, and removed under the same production retention rules.
Security design
- Private storage rather than publicly reachable files.
- Temporary, controlled access instead of permanent links.
- Restricted permissions, so access is limited to what's needed.
- No raw image attached to a notification email sent to a business.
